Joining Our Community: Cypress Cove consists of mobile homes, and the process to move in involves purchasing an existing home from a current resident. Some homes are sold directly by owners, while others are represented by agents within the park.

Key Information:

• Approval Process: Before making an offer, approval by Cypress Cove is required. Sellers can only consider offers from approved applicants.
   
• Buying Process: All home sales occur directly between buyer and seller; Cypress Cove does not participate in transactions or earn commissions.
   
• Community Fit: We value community harmony, so familiarity with Cypress Cove is preferred to ensure a good fit for both you and the community.
   
• Lot Rent: Monthly fees range from $450 to $700, covering water, sewer, garbage pickup, and basic yard maintenance (mowing only).
   
• Membership: Full membership in Cypress Cove is required for all residents, separate from lot rent.
   
• Approval Requirements: Your application includes a background check (criminal and credit). The Executive Committee reviews applications based on community fit and check results.
   

Application Process:

• Download the application from our Front Office or website.
   
• Complete the Background Check Form (retain pages 3-6 for your records).
   
• Submit completed documents with a $200 non-refundable application fee and a copy of your photo ID.
   
• Our Residential Property Manager will contact you after the background check to schedule an interview.
   
• Approval or denial notification will be sent within 14 days post-interview, with approvals valid for up to three years.
   

Settling In: Once moved in, join the Homeowners Facebook Group to connect with neighbors and stay updated on community news and events.
